Dive with Giants: Goliath Groupers in Jupiter, Florida (September 12-14)
Experience One of Nature’s Most Powerful Underwater Events
Each year from August through September, divers from around the world flock to Jupiter, Florida to witness one of the ocean’s most jaw-dropping spectacles: the annual Goliath Grouper aggregation. These massive fish—some over 8 feet long and weighing up to 500 pounds—gather on Jupiter’s wrecks to spawn, creating an unforgettable encounter for certified divers.
With clear blue water brought in by the Gulf Stream, encounters often include schools of snappers, eagle rays, reef sharks, and sea turtles. Add in dramatic shipwrecks and vibrant reefs, and you’ve got one of Florida’s top dive adventures.
